From Subordinate to Partner: Being a Powerful Administrative Partner

An Executive Administrator or Chief of Staff has their finger on the pulse of the organization. They know its pain points, and can also see its incredible potential. Throughout this course, they will engage in a series of conversations that will make them an effective partner in their role and in life; empowering them with a new sense of freedom, ease and confidence, and a greater capacity for being effective.

A team succeeding without sacrificing well-being is a team that’s energized, enlivened by their connection to what matters most to them and their contribution to the results achieved.

Administrative Assistance is a vital component of any workplace. So much depends on the effectiveness, efficiency, and actual leadership from this critical layer in the organization. This program will help your administrative level become “Cause in the Matter” of contributing what they see from their crucial point of view, and develop greater partnership with you as their leaders. 

TLP’s work with Executive Administrators and Chiefs of Staff creates a shared common language and common stance that keep teams and projects on track. They discover hidden assumptions and barriers, unleashing their natural facilitation and organizational skills in managing projects to successful completion.

They will become a key touchpoint for managing the integrity of the team’s word, as well as their own. They will feel more connected to the whole, and therefore to their experience of making a difference and having their contribution be recognized.

We will partner with your staff in building a culture of responsibility and accountability, while dramatically increasing people’s experience of energy, joy, satisfaction, and sense of purpose.

This is a Zoom-based workshop spread over 8 months. It is focused on the partnering, teamwork, and empowerment of the administrative level of your organization.

Gavriella Delgado has been involved in transformational work since 2006. Her journey with TLP began as Executive Administrative Assistant to Debbie King in 2016, and she is currently a Transformational Consultant, and VP of Operations and Finance.

Her passion to extend the firm’s work into business’ administrative level led to her creation of the From Subordinate to Partner Program in 2021 in partnership with TLP. What began as one-on-one coaching with EAs in business has now developed into a training course for Administrators, helping them to experience agency and renewed inspiration in their vital work.
